It is an understatement to say that Derek treasures his four children and his lovely wife -- he has worked hard for them in all aspects of his life and appreciates the work that you have to put in at home in order to make family a priority. Beyond that, Derek is a native of Wyoming, and tends to skip out on beach vacations and cruises to find a cabin up in the mountains to enjoy.
